Default Strypes??

OK, I need some opinions. I'm thinking of stryping the the saleen to break-up the hood/back. I don't have photoshop, so I did the best I could with .ppt and a hood pic of my car. I'll put two small stripe pieces on the piece above the windshield (vert), and take them over the decklid, spoiler, and down the back. I have pics of the back, but it'll look like crap if I try to put the strypes on in .ppt. I've added a picture for you photoshop wizzards if you someone would like to take a stab at it for me! What do you guys think??

Back pictures if someone can chop them. I have a guy that will paint and clearthem on for me. I'm not a big fan of the "stick-on" strypes when they're that wide (look dull).

I wouldn't, but it's clearly a personal preference. Good Luck.

Painted stripe is the only way to go in my opinion. Me and the wife are having light stripes with flames imbedded painted. Can't wait to see new pics and also get home to see in person.

Well, its not a traditional Saleen feature but those do look pretty good - they compliment your wheels and side stripes nicely. But I would go vinyl as they will probably be cheaper and not permanent. You never know, you might grow tired of them over a few years in which the vinyl can be removed [&:]

And I really dig your spelling on "strypes"......closet Stryper fan perhaps [sm=icon_rock.gif]

Yea, I figured you'd appreciate that Jason. I thought of vinyl, but I don't think they'll look nearly as nice as painted/cleared. I can't see spending the money and then pealing them off anytime in the future. Besides, I can use silver metallic if I paint them on. As you can see, they're much thicker then typical stripes, so I don't think it'll be mistaken for a Roush anytime soon. I'm also not going to take them over the front. I will, however, take them over the trunk, spoiler and down the back...
