comes with everything you need to mount them.

As for the ebay thing, I don't know what's with those. I don't know if they're cheaper quality or what...but as I said, I bought mine from Stangmods.com

that, and to most people, even at $43 for shipping... most people will look at $50 and say man, thats way cheaper than $93, even though the shipping makes it out to be the same price. especially when a lot of people search by lowest price first.
