I've heard about a lot of non-IT industry companies cutting jobs in the Houston area...But they dont seem to be cutting any of the IT jobs...

where I'm at at the moment is a manufacturing facility and for reasons unrelated to me the location is losing business although the corp office is hireing more people but its way up north

also I've spent many hours looking for possible future issues relating to the network and the computers so now its rare to have something break and as such I don't have alot to do so now that they've cut other areas at the location and its down to a skeleton crew+managers they decided to cut the on-site IT position for now the position could reopen (in 6+ months)butIneed tofind a new job asap

they have me trying to show someone what I do (ya right like I can show him how to fix so many possibilities in a week)
there are a few projects I had wanted to see finish but I won't get to

How's the new gears, Matt?
I just dropped off my car last night, I pick it up today so then I will let you know I should get my CAI/tune soon. I am hoping they ship it out today, but I probably won't get it until next week. I am going to Dallas this weekend, so that will help me break my gears in for my CAI/tune.

Eric you need to meet me at strictly tonight, I should be there around 4:30-5:00.
