hope this will help in the cam selection . the ones in green work with sd with no modifications required and the orangeish color are cams that will work but you will have to tweak other componets to make them work right.

 

i have seen that list, thanks for posting it to make it easier to find... i would most likely be going with 4.10 gears out back and a 2500rpm stall... from that what would you guys go with my car is a 88 lx t-top its going to be a all new new block new everything 306 with hopefully a set of aluminum heads possibly trickflow or ford gt40x (i dont want anything too crazy)other wise i would swing for afr's or something of that natureand a full exhaust...

 

I would go a little bigger on the stall.

 

why? its gonna be a street car.

 

yeah i would have to say going any bigger on the stall for a street car that might make it to the track 2-3 times max a season wouldnt be practical or as enjoyable, thanks for the suggestion though.

 

yeah dimebag i got the crowler 15511 and i just ordered the holley systemax heads and intake and im thinking about getting a 100 shot nos. right now i got the gt40 heads and intake. the cam is great no problems. what u suggest for nos
