as it turns out my engine harness has been cut I have no 02's no wires or anything how is this going to affect performance

Elaborate on the not running right....won't it just run rich or is it speed density thing because a guy I know has a 89 maf car and it has no 02's and his drives fine except for the occasional black puff of smoke

No feedback from O2 sensors to the ECM = a permanent open loop condition. A/F control will be based on the preprogrammed base tables and adaptive strategy (system A/F trim "learning") will never occur. Will it cause a problem in the system's ability to provide better MPG?..... yep. Will it affect performance or driveability..... nope.... provided nothing else in the EFI system has problems.
