Default help with carb sizing!

ok well im use to fuel injection and have only ran two carbed cars, one which was a 93 5.0 with stock ported heads, longtube headers, trickflow cam, edelbrock torker(sucks i know) intake, and a 600 holley. Now im about to get back into carbs again and the car i may be picking up doesnt come with a carb. So i am going to need to buy one, and dont want to waste my money. here are the specs...

victor jr intake
canfeild heads(not sure what size)-have been ported and polished and have 202/160 valves.triple row valve springs. stainless steel valves
1.6 ford racing roller rockers
currently Ford motorsports E-Cam, but i will be installing an anderson b3 cam specs are
218/226 .542/.542
cv products .80 thick chromolly pushrods
double row timen gear and chain
86 crank
hardened 68 truck rods
302 forged pistons butterfly cut for the valves and are 10:1 compression
bbk headers
off road H-pipe
flowmasters
5-speed
high volume oil pump

it weighs in at about 3100 and has a 411(7.5) rear and gear which i want to swap for a 8.8 355

Would a 650 dp be decent for this? or maybe a 570 street avenger? like i said im not a genius and i have been reading all of the previous carb threads so please dont flame me. Let me know what you think

personally if it were me, I'd have a custom cam dialed in for that ride and the proper spring package put on, you do that and put an 8.8 rear in while your at it and with that intake and most likely they are canfield 195's, you could have a low 12, high 11 sec ride, if you went that route most likely a 750 carb would be in store, for a generic answer, on my mild 306 set up I ran a standard 650 dp and it ran well = low 12's

Quickfuel. If it's a race setup, then like a 650-750 Q series, if you go 750 then annular boosters might work better. Street use, then the SS series carb. You might be better off with an Air Gap intake on a 302 though, unless you get a cam that works well with a single plane at higher r's.

Quickfuels are a bit more cash up front, but everything in them is adjustable, including idle feed and power valve restrictions. I love mine, and their customer service is excellent. And go mech secondary.
