Thanks to all for the help figuring out if my car was actually a patrol car. I recently purchased three 88 mustang coupes. The first one I found to be a florida highway patrol car. After looking at the other one I found that it had the wrong vin # on the dash. I found a tag behind the drivers headlight and found out that it is a georgia highway patrol car. Is the vin # stamped any where else on the body? I found partial #s under the fender but can not locate the vin.
