so i ordered my HID stuff from you guys and eventually the head lights stopped working. At first i didnt realize the differnce between the duals and the regulars so i got the regulars. The day after i ordered them i called back and they charged me the extra money for the duals and they are the ones i got. After the first set stopped working i called you guys and you had great customer service and i sent my old ones back and you guys sent me new ones. Now that i got my new ones i realized that they arent the daul HID's like i first had paid for, they are the single beam(when i turn it to high beams, all the front lights turn off).

I want to first figure out if they are the single beams or if the high low actuator is broke.
