Default Mixed feelings....

I recently purchased a Steeda Tri-Ax from you guys over at stangsuspension.com. My order was processed very fast and said it had been shipped the following day. The negative side is that I was not provided any tracking number and I even sent an email asking if I could please get a tracking number for my shipment but I did not even receive a reply telling me yes, or telling me no and why not. Here is my order number: #2006247. I would still appreciate it if I could receive my tracking number, my email address is dohctimes2v6@hotmail.com I'm sure you can check that with the order number I just provided you with. Hopefully someone will see this, since my emails seem to not be seen.

I have sent an e-mail back, I also tried to call your phone #...

We ran out of T5/45 tri-ax's last week, we had to order more.

We stock more, and sell more Tri-ax's than any other dealer, we also own http://www.stangshifters.com

It is really just a temporary inventory problem, but since you're in CA, as soon as we get them... you are only one day away!

You must be the private number that called my phone during my english class just a little while ago. My order status says that it has shipped though...so shouldn't I have gotten it by now? I dont see why the order status would say shipped if it had not been shipped yet....

I just checked my email, I guess my order says shipped because the shifter gasket has been shipped. Was hoping to have my shifter on this weekend along with my new clutch and flywheel and everything else, but I guess I can wait a few more days. Hell, maybe I'll get lucky and your shifters will arrive today and I'll get it tomorrow.

Whenever they do come in and you ship mine out, I would greatly appreciate it if I could have the tracking number emailed to me, or PMd to me on here. Oh and I noticed in the email both our names are Josh.

Yes, it says shipped because the gasket was shipped.

I'm currently working on a way for it to give customers better status...

such as...

"Completely Shipped"

or

"Shipped - Partial Shipment"

My site is programmed in a way that it will show shipped if only 1 item is on its way, which is bad for the customer...

We're working on it...
