hrmmm.. if the other guy can't launch worth a damn. i think it'd be a close race. full exhaust gets you a decent ammount of power. get some gears and i'd tip the odds in your favor.

imo if you get 3.90, 4.10, or 4.30 gearing with a good tune you will take a stock 05/06 with some room to spare... I think with mine I can run with an 05/06 if they're stock - the closest to racing one i've come was until i got to mid 2nd gear... I took em off the line and he was about 1/2 car back until we had to shut down due to traffic... Would he have caught me? dunno... I've drivin a 2006 GT, and that thing was very very nice... I do think mine pulls harder though... but maybe i am a lil bias 
- Next mod though definatly 2 of them.. gears and a tune - that will be the best thing you've put on your car so far, you will feel the most differance then anything you've done so far...
