Raced a lightning from a roll. Went from a 55 one on 3. Had my GF in the car. He did the honking and stupid me wasn't in third, so it took me about a half second to get in there when he took off on 3. my front bumper was at his door through all of 3rd. Funny thing is, I thought I lost and he started breaking. As soon as I hit 4th, I started passing him like he was hitting the brakes. So I started slowing down. At the light he said that I scared him when I started braking. Apparently he was still giving it his all still. I should have just kept going. [:@]

He wasn't stock, I know that. Thing was hurting my ears.

it was about 90 or 100 or so. right after i got into 4th cause i thought he hit his brakes. i guess lightnings have NO top end at all. [&:]

 

A guy around me wants to race me with his stock 2000 lightning. He told everyone he can smoke me, and that my vortech probably only adds 40hp. Thats fine though, it will hurt more if I beat him with only 40 extra.

 

lame? there are lighnings at milan that do low 12's.... good kill in my estimation....
