We'll see. With the 50 trim I am also getting some traction bars, I want to see how well I hook up with them before I make that choice. I am hoping just DR's, because I can get them in my size w/o having to change rims. If I go slicks, which is hard to do with the ACR package because of the Tokico adjustables, it is going to be a PITA.

I drive an SRT-4 Neon (that currently puts 307 to the wheels on the stock turbo, and after this weekend with a double ball bearing 50 trim should put close (hoping for OVER) to 400). Am I laughable???
well if you have the same attitude of most (obviously not all) of the srt-4 drivers around here and you end up driving a srt-4 caliber than yes....but i'm pretty sure you don't. my point was it'd be tough to have the "tough guy/fastest thing on the road" attitude driving a car as fugly (imo) as that caliber...although im sure they'll figure it out. good luck w/ your new setup but you'd need over 600 just to keep my tailights somewhat in view...ask me how i know muhahaha

yes..its coming out, and it will have more power than the SRT4 neon...and there is a good chance that it could be AWD...as it is built on a similar platform to the evo, and could basically be a detuned, wagon model of the evo.

Methinks you give to much credit to the Evo, as it is just a fast Lancer (which is Mitsu's cheap car). The SRT is just a Neon after all is said and done, but people think Evo's are nice, solid cars, which they aren't. They are basically econoboxes. Expensive, fast, econoboxes. Kinda like SRT-4's.

And the AWD Caliber is a myth, like bigfoot. Yep, one day it may be found, but as of now, it's just a figment of someone's imagination.

If they make an AWD Caliber SRT-4, I think I may just have to buy one regardless of how ugly it may be. The interior in the Caliber is really nice for a crap car!!!! And lots of room!!!! OMG, I am making excuses to buy one already, someone HELP!!!!
I don't understand how you can say that the lancer and lancer evolution are the same cars?
Different motor, drivetrain, hell even the interior. The only thing these two cars share is the lancer name.
It's kinda like saying that a saleen is just a faster version of the 6 cyl stangs.

That's exactly what I am saying. And it's true. A Saleen's roots are in the base Mustang. An Evo's roots are in the Lancer. Saleen doesn't build cars, they put thier stuff in a Mustang, but the build quality is still determined by the base car. Evo's are just like SRT-4's, roots in thier respective companies cheap econoboxes.

A Saleen S7 is a one off, there is no base car. How does that apply to this conversation??
