RE: Raced a new GTO
unless youre tony schumacher, who i believe holds the record for the fastest official pass, with a 4.437 @ 336.15, then there isnt someone faster...

Stock for stock SVT vs. LS2 Goat from a roll will depend, maybe going to LS2. But from a stop I've seen stock SVT's go 12.6ish sometimes slower. The LS2's best I've seen is 12.8ish stock majority 13.1's. Seems more Cobras hit 12 stock than GTO's.

RE: Raced a new GTO
ive seen a few terminators with the "middle aged man mod" running in the higher 12s and low 13s...and ive never seen a GTO running worth any mention...they seemed to be oddly scarce in pittsburgh.
what did your car run stock, nick?

13.4@106, but I was very novice running it, having it only 2 weeks and never ran a manual racing it took me some practice. Then took it out last night before I installed cam/headers and ran 13.3@108. Got to practice launching on dr's 2.2 60's own me. One thing you can watch too is the traps of Terminators and LS2's. Stock LS2's do 106-108, Terminators are usually 110-111.
