claytone let me correct u on that comment...it is not obvious that a stock gt can take a stock srt4...like i said before the cars are almost equal...it is drivers race....the only difference is the gt has an advantage from a stop and the srt has the advantage from a roll....i speak form experience....now if the srt4 driver can launch the car well then the stang will not pass it...but if the stang has a good launch and the srt **** up the launch a bit then the stang will take the win....im not sure how the cars will do past 120 mph cuz i dont take em past that...but both cars seem to pull very hard at that speed.

Yes it is. Find a mag article where a stock SRT runs better than 13.5@104mph. Even the convertible GT ran 13.7 when car and driver tested it.

i know a 300 srt8 can win easily against an srt-4
we raced em and both are stock and srt-8 takes the lead nasty

i owned a srt4 for 2 years. we ran from a roll because being fwd they have bad traction issues. stock i ran a 14.0@100 like 10 times and made 220whp 240wtq. $1000 later i put intake,exhaust, wga,bov and 19psi and made 280whp 305wtqand ran a 12.8 at 110 with d/r. but even with only 280whp it would never hook on the street from slower than a 30 roll.
