holy crap me too...with a stiff king cobra clutch that is almost worn I get really pissed off when they sit literally inches from me when I'm stopped on an incline. I jerk back and forth to let them know I have a manual transmission and sometimes they still keep idling closer [:@]

If someone did that I would just accuse them of idling into my rear bumper, it's your word against theirs and in most cases when the rear of your car is hit it is the person behind that is at fault. Even if you slam on the brakes going 70mph with heavy traffic it will be the other persons fault because they were following too close behind.

 

I'm kinda thinking the same thing as most other people on this forum when it comes to brake checking people. Most of us are afraid the person behind us isn't gonna stop and they'll hit us. If I drove something like yellowcobra I'd really be afraid. I probably wouldn't even be able to enjoy the cobra half the time because of a-holes tailgating me. I'd be so paranoid.
