help me out, quick question
very incorrect. When they say 1 length means .1 they mean from the start. I ran a Maxima one time and i ran 15.0 and he ran 15.3 and his front bumper was at the back of my door
yeah it isnt that much of a differnce
if u were 2 race from a dig, say qtr mile. a 1 flat and a 1 flat car. the 13 sec would be 3/4 cars most
i believe the faster the cars, the more the gap opens. is that right, someone else should chime in
edit: thread starter. i see u r from wisonsin, u goin to make it out to the TC stangs bbq next saturday?

i dont know what the hell a length is...and the majority of the racing that ive done has been on the track...is there an official, or generally accepted measurement to the mythological "length"? i hear it on pinks alot, but pinks is so dumb that ive not checked into trying to figure out what a "length" is...plus, is a length the length of a 1973 eldorado, or a dihatsu move?

That also depends on your RT. He probably had a much better reaction time. I think that .1 equals 1 car at or around the speeds of say, 90mph-110mph. Faster than that, and it increases a lot. Of course, to say that then the RT needs to be almost identical, also.
A length is the length of the car getting the length. It's generally eyeballed.
