I hate to quote magazine tests but they even had 2.4 TC > 2.2 ECO. You wouldn't be passing me in your Alero.

Obviously there is no comparsion between a coblat SS and a cav.
I think the guy should be able to take em. If not, grab a set of gears and whip him.
Also, unless he is john force just race him from a stop. If you can drive at all you should kill him.

I sold my last Camaro SS a couple months ago so I could finish paying off my acreage.
Now I just have my Cobalt, 2001 Z24 and 1993 Z24.
I am old enough that my Cobalt is all the fun I need, afterall I have $23,000 wrapped up in a car that handles like a SOB, runs 13's and tops out around 160mph.
I thought about a GTO or 03-04 Z06 but I want to but a bigger house and thats more important.
Now I just have my Cobalt, 2001 Z24 and 1993 Z24.
I am old enough that my Cobalt is all the fun I need, afterall I have $23,000 wrapped up in a car that handles like a SOB, runs 13's and tops out around 160mph.

Personally, it's a lose/lose situation for you to race him..........not to mention a waste of gas. But if he wants to act up big, just race him from a dig and shut him up.
BTW, how do you blow the engine on a warrantied car FOUR times? Can you say "Lemon Law"? You want my opinion.....the race he has against your 6 will be his FIFTH blown engine for his 03 Cavi.[sm=lol.gif]

I think he just tore up the trans. And I can believe that. It's a POS trans thats designed for 17 year old girls to drive back and forth to school. When you start adding any mods, and power shifting them, they just don't hold up.
