20 inchers? I see these Charger R/T's being the mid 90's Impala SS's in a few years. Jacked up on 22's and painted in some crazy colors and being turned into cruisers with a muscle sound. I would never buy one if my intention was to compete. The SRT8 is a different story.

The Charger R/T also has a tall 3.08 gear, and 20" wheels.

as i said, none... you have a cat back=2-3rwhp and a cai=1-2 hp on two valves. not being a dick man, but you pushing about 230-245 rwhp max with stock gears, stock rubber, etc
I was at a Chargers forum, and some seem to think R/Ts would beat a '05-'06 Mustang GT.
As one of them put it:
"WHEN i was talking to my dodge sales rep about the daytona charger,he said side by side the daytona would take a stock gt mustang, and they had a corprate training video showing it.....As of this juncture i have NOT seen the video.....i DO believe MY DAYTONA WILL KICK MUSTANG BUTT"
Yeah, you can always go by what a sales rep tells you, right?

Naaa..........let the dealers feed them that BS. Makes it all the sweeter when you punch it on the side of them and they can't figure out why they're losing ground. But they're not bad cars for the segment they're intended for. I'd consider one (in black only) if I was back in the market for a 4 door. I just can't see myself owning a Camry or Accord[:'(]

The daytona doesnt have the srt-8 engine does it? I know a guy witha srt-8 and that things will throw down 13.6 stock.

I don't know about all of you, but even the SRT-8's are kinda worthless to have for racing too. Too heavy and not nearly aerodynamic. Not saying mine is of course, but mine isn't nearly as tall or wide. But then again that's my opinion and I know it doesn't matter to the whole world.
