I think so, maybe not on the first try though. That and Drag radials should definitely get u in 13's.

 

You CAN, can being a key word here.. Most stock New Edge GT's will run a low 14 (14.0-14.3) stock, which is pretty much what a PI Swap will do to a stock SN95... You're mods, should make it there... As long as you figure out how to drive on the track...
