Sitting at a light this evening and 2 mustangs were infront of me. An 05, and a foxbody. Im just sitting there going to the gas station and when the light turns green the 2 mustangs infront of me just hit it, spinning the tires across the intersection. Of course we ALL get pulled over for this and sit there for a 1/2 hour while the cops sit in their cars to think about what they could get us for. I thought I was safe because I didnt do anything illegal.
Of course the cops gave us all tickets for improper start and seatbelt. Im like ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Im really sure you could tell if I was wearing a seatbelt at 11:00 at night. The belt was the same color as my shirt, I was also wearing it. The cop looks at my tires and said look at these, I saw him spinning these. I laughed and said there was no way I was flooring it across the intersection. Hes like whats these tires for, im like I go to the track, keep it on the track, heres my track papers. Of course they dont care about anything I say, they just give me a couple tickets, a few points, and they know I didnt do anything. And the other guys in the stangs were like sorry man. im like WTF thanks guys! The cop puts his ticket holder on my spoiler and I know he probably scrated the **** out of it. He's like you ****** need to find a different hobby around here. I then said seya in court. The worst part is my family doesnt believe a thing I said so im just going to have to pay the ticket, get the points, and have higher insurance.

Don't trip, that sh*t happen to me too. Not in the same situation but similar to it. The worst part is you try to fight at court and it's his word agianst yours. You know who wins too!

I received a wreckless driving ticket for getting my old T-bird sideways and bringing it back right in front of a motorcycle cop. The cop didn't show up to court so it was my word against nothing and I still lost!! They knocked it down to a speeding but it is still two points on my license. Either way I did do the crime so I payed the fine. Your ticket seems like BS so fight the hell out of it.

sorry to hear the bad news...make sure you plead not guilty and go to court. 9/10 times they will at least drop the points and decrease the fine. i have a spec stage 5 clutch which is cintered iron w/ no springs (basically in or out) . it squeals like a belt or spinning tires when you take off so i'm kind of worried some cop will try to give me a hard time about it

Just plead not guilty, u have nothing to lose. They cant give u a bigger ticket at this point, if anything it will get reduced or dropped. And you not gonna see him in court either, they never show up for tickets. And if he did see you in court he'd love it cuz he's getting paid overtime. Hopefully you didnt get too bent at the scene cuz the tickets are in triple, on goes to you, the other goes to court and one is kept in the station records. Theres a little space for notes on the court copy and they will write how your attitude was and the court will take that into consideration. Good luck...

Not all cops are ******..... I've been rightfully pulled over 5 times in the last 3 years or less; but only had one ticket handed out. I have my moments of stupidity & would have deserved whatever they deemed worthy of a ticket..... I'm a lucky bastich....
