Codes car is fast now. He is making it faster as we speak.
It is? Mid 12's and he's got over $12,000 in a built DSS block? I'm not sure what you consider fast I guess. No offence to Code. I know that he knows what he's doing. And he has a goal that he's trying to reach with a 2V. Those of you guys that don't have crazy money to spend shouldn't be trying to mod 2V's if your goal is 11's.

Yes but now he is building it up even more. Just sold me his lowering springs for cheap. Mid 12's for a N/A 4.6L 2V is pretty fast.

well i know i need more than just the supercharger kit...also on the list would be a new clutch (stage 2 or 3)...some lower control arms...gauges with an a pillar pod...and some new 10.5" rims and 315 tires (eventually)

im thinking if im looking towards the end of summer and i can find a good deal on a used one...2000 or 2500 or so...i will do that...but if i hafta buy a brand new one which would run me like 3800..im just going to do LTs and gears and maybe some other stuff if i have money left.

Well it really all depends on how much HP you are looking for and how much boost, that will determine other parts you may need to replace. If you put in a new clutch you may need a new tranny, then depending on the hp you want you may want to upgrade you suspension, because if you have a ton of power and you cant put it to the ground you wasteing your money and time.

what kind of performance can the 3650 handle? i thought it would be fine with a supercharged car...but now im researching it after reading...and finding that the 3650 is only rated at 360 ft-lbs of torque...if i had around that much...would that significantly decrease the life of the transmission/just break it?

is anyone running a supercharged GT with a 3650?
