They are no faster than a regular LS1. The SS and WS6 packages are 99% cosmetic and in the real world are no faster. Don't beleive the marketing hype.

Correct me if I'm wrong but a firehawk is just a formula w/ ram air and a LT-4 Cam correct? I don't really know anything about em.

I always thought the ls-1 firehawks,ws-6s and ss camaros were over priced and overrated when compared to regular trans-ams and z-28s.What was the difference,like 20-25hp,not worth 7k-10k more than you had to pay.

the SS or WS6 might be a hair faster, but it is all driver in the end.

Not really,there rated 265hp verses 260 for the regular gt,but they have more bottom end.The only differance in the motors[as far as I know] is the bullets use a different intake and a twin 57mm throttle body from the cobra.They might be a tenth or two quicker in the quarter,but thats about it.
