First Real Kill
Alright, well i'm new here, I have an 06 V6
Tonight on my way home from work, i passed a new Charger, i'm guessing base model but I didn't get a good look at it, anyways I saw him coming up fast behind me and we both stopped at a red light. We took off like normal, he was looking at me the whole time then he got on it, i followed and quickly put about 1 car on him. I didnt think my little 4.0 could outrun a new charger, but he did it several times, so my question is, does anyone think he was really trying? or was he just playing with me? He seemed really serious and i hope he was, it would give me somewhat of a confidence boost

Good run!!!! There is an entry level Charger that's a 3.8L "high output" 6 cyl. I believe its an inline 6 (I think). I could definately see you pulling on that. Next up is an R/T 350hp but heavy . It would be a rare occurance (if it could happen at all) that a V6 Stang would be able to beat an R/T
Thanks for responding everyone, and yes, my car is an auto, unfortunately
I didnt realize how heavy those chargers were until now, i'm still glad i'm faster than at least one car on the street today, but i have big plans for it as soon as i get some cash saved up
