I am getting my car retuned and then will head to the track. wondering if i can break into the 12s. 02 gt 5sp. vortech v2sq (9# on stock 3.6 pulley, have 3.48 to go on) full bassani, stage 1 cams, svt focus pump (putting on kb bap), 42lbs, 75mmtb/pl, anderson pp, 410s, dyno tuned (poorly at teh moment). It thru down 426/385 but detonated on the street so it is dialed back to 400/375. eibach prokit, illuminas 5 ways, granatelli rear upr.lwr control arms, 305 nitto drs, and spec stage2 clutch, and lets assume i am a decent driver. thanks.

i think that your biggest issue with be traction...

i dont know who started the "nittos are good tires" rumor...but i think that you can get into the 12s if you can get traction.
