Ok WTF am I doing wrong.

.) High temperatures and high humidity eat horsepower like you wouldn't believe! You could probably run 13.4's-13.5's or even better in 60 degree weather and 50% humidity. Weather is a HUGE factor!
.)Altitude is also a factor. If you are at higher altitudes you will need to correct your times if you want to compare them to times posted by others at lower altitudes.
.) You have a convertible. Convertibles are heavier and slower than coupes.
.) Do you have an automatic? If so, you're going to run a few tenths slower than a 5spd.
.)You really don't have that many performance mods to begin with.
.)You can gain some time by icing the manifold, removing the spare, etc. but , just like you, I prefer to get my times in "Street" trim. However, you should realize that a lot of people use these tricks at the dragstrip to gain a few tenths and by not using them your times are going to be just a bit slower...
.)Keep Practicing and Good Luck!
