umm yea its a lt1 engine V8 but yea i dont noe much bout them either i have good *** tires come at 180 a pop they are called kumho if u guyz were lookin for tires i recomend these they are good tires

You have plain o'l Kumho street tires or are they drag radials? That will make a huge difference.... if they are street tires.. and he has drag radials.. get ready to watch tail lights.
I think if your both running streets he's gonna get you.. You ahve a bunch more weight and he sounds like he has atleast SOME mod's... if you have dr's.. then you might get him from a stop.. but either way he's going to take you from a roll.
(and I dont really even know if Kumho makes dr's...)
