And, if you don't mind me asking, what are you redlining at now??? I know you have an EMS, so 6200 is out of the question, lol. I have mine set @ 7200 BTW.

I redline at 6500rpm, I am still on stock camshafts.

I am not done with this car, we have already done some things to her and she is already making more power, and more is plann'd such as some custom grind cams, a 4inch single exit exhaust and a few
other developmental parts. To try and be competative with the lower altitude folks, I need to do more, its tough up here...

I know about the GT35R, it's what's in my car to, lol!!! Just hit 480@25lbs, lots of tuning left to do. I was POed you didn't come to the SRT Nats, I was hoping you could give me some pointers. Although without you there, my car was the fastest SRT!!!!

Then you know daddy-o how violent the boost hits from that dual BB turbo which just loves C16 fuel.
I don't know if you have felt 35psi yet from it, doesn't sound like you have, but when you do you will simply be amazed on how much the 35R wakes up in the mid 35 psi range. Heck this turbo impresses me at 17 psi were we made 417hp..

at 35 psi it is simply incredible and hard to describe and simply must be experienced, as I am sure you will very soon my friend...

Big Boost from the 35R and a engine that can support it is a force to be recogned with....

I want to hear back from you either here or on SRT forums when you crank her up, 25 psi is very nice, 35 psi is devastating!
Right now I can only hit 29, as I only have a 3 bar sensor. I also only have 750CC's, and although they havn't even started to come close to maxing out yet (I have blown through 2 Walbro's already though!!!! Next one in is going to be a DCR modded one), I would bet they wouldn't be enough for 35, lol. Also, to push that HP, I would want the crank strap mod. Or maybe a DCR 2.6 Stroker, lol!!!!

I'm with you 100% on the GT35R, LittleMT. "Violent" is simply the best way to put it, and I really can't wait to see what mine feels like on the new completely built 2.8L engine. When I blew my stock block, I was running 24psi...the new block is built for 60+psi

I always described the hit that the 35R gave as "hitting a brick wall" ... but I actually like violent better. It seems to describe the power delivery much more accurately =p

not to start this again but isn’t this basically like comparing an 05+ mustang v6 to a redline, whereas (not exact about) its about the same difference in the quarter as compared to the GT >Redline and the Redline>05v6, so my point is if a redline can beat gt's (drivers) then theoretically v6s can beat redlines once in a while.

I must say steeda3, well done. I read the entire 11 pages and you were a staunch, well-informed, and highly tactful advocate and representative of the mustang community. No but seriously, well done bro.

I don't know how many times I've seen people on the saturn and srt forums say "if I could get a better reaction time, I would be in the 13's." Drives me nuts. Newsflash: Sit at the light for 10 seconds; you will still run a low 14 second pass. [/captain obvious]

Yeah, they in most cases mean a better 60ft as opposed to a reaction time, and some simply have no clue...
