well tonite i was drivin home from the g/fs house and i see a ford focus gaining up on me, didnt think much of it, well because in an LS1 its a waste of gas, so we catch a light and hes revvin his crap and all i can do is laugh but i heard a BOV and was like why not, so at the light we both gun it and i hit a perfect launch and got this guy by about 8-10 lengths up to 80, it was fun, then i guess the guy with the focus had a buddy following and a newer turboed GTI and he is like waivin me on and once again i was like this is retarded. so i am goin 35mph and he honks 3x and i gun it and i got him by about 4 cars up to 90, then WHOA THERE HE GOES with the fly by. interesting nite

ya i always kinda thought the same thing, but they all do it so i guess they think they are winning after they see ur brake lights

When they do the fly-bys they think they won. Thats when you hear the stories of how an Acura RSX pulls really hard in third gear or some dumb *** thing like that. They start telling each other that once they get into third they can smoke LS1's, GT's, pretty much anything.
