let me explain the ricer flyby....remember according to ricers every "cosmetic" thing done to their car adds a certain amount of hp, but what u dont kno is these hp additions are more like turbos just very very delayed instead of a little delayed, so when they fly by they actually believe they are flying by at a much higher speed and winning the race twice...yes twice before u know what hit u, so in their minds...yes...they are winning the race
