A new GTI runs mid to high 14's stock, with a turbo should be in the mid 13's, so he should have put up a better fight, thats if your stock. Nice kills by the way.

I tell you I cant get a ricer to race me....I only have a basically stock GT...I used to get people revving on me all the time in my Mazda....what do people only want to race if they KNOW they can win for a fact ?
Nobody likes a bruised ego man. Although, I tend to run whatever comes along. I usually just want to see how their **** moves out. Regardless of me winning or not. But I'm always a good sport. Thumbs up all the way around.

umm, the fact that it's a GTI means that it IS a turbo, so what are you saying, because Golfs certainly dont run 14's....

Unless it's an older GTI VR6. Oh and while they are few and far between. I've seen some early to mid 80's GTIs with a 1.8T conversion that were pretty quick.
