Today my buddy and I took the Real Street NMRA car that we have been working on to the track. While we did not hit 9's like we wanted we came very close 10.05 @ 134 mph, we did get the 60 foots down where they need to be 1.34 (yikes). We were at Union Grove in WI in case anyone on here saw us. If any of you midwest guys see at the track come say hi (or if we are at an event stop on by)

Nice ride. It takes alota ***** AND cash to rip a new stang like that apart then rebuild everything.

 

It was a body-in-white right from Ford, the car has never been registered and never titled, a race car from day one. I'll see if I can find some pics from when it was delivered, nothing but a shell,hood and fenders, not even suspension! it showed up on a pallet

Thanks but the mustang is not mine I just work on it actually my buddy drives it, we both work on it, and someone else owns it. The owner does not have the time to take the car to all the NMRA events, so he pays for alot of stuff and we just beat on it

It is 3150 with driver IIRC

 

thats pretty light... what class is he running in? will he be running FFW at VMP in petersburg, va

 

He runs NMRA the class is Real Street (R/S) The next race is Kansas City, week end of the 18th, then I think we are home here in Chicago at Rt 66
