me and a buddy and his girl went up to the track on friday and while i was in the pits, saw a mustang 03ish year. had the bullit black 5 spokes. i thought it was a gt. seen it run and pulled a 14.6 on the track. later, we take a better look and see it a v6 with a procharger. it was 5 speed and it didnt have a problem with traction. is that time right for a v6.

 

im thinkin it should be faster than a 14.6. unless it has JUST a s/c bolted on...should still be faster tho i think.......could be wrong. dont know much about the 6's

 

a procharger will put down around 270 rwhp, and around the same torque not sure on the number if all is done right, thats one crappy time he shoudl be in the 13s or hes not procharged

 

Good luck getting off the line with an open rear... I guess that falls under traction problems, though.

If he's got it supercharged, I would have hoped he would have changed the rear, or at least put a t-lok in it... who knows, though.

 

yea a detroit true trac would be good, along with some better tires, open rears suck though[&o]
