This is kinda like a newbie question, but oh well I wanna know what you guys think. The avg time for the 1/8 in my town is about 9.1-9.3 with a 5spd 99-04GT. I have an auto with o/r h-pipe and 1 chambered flows. I was gonna get some MT DR's, 4.10 gears, JLT CAI, Accufab 75mm t/b and plenum, Steeda UDP's, and a Diablosport tuner. What time you think I would get down too?

 

Mid 8's depending on your driver mod.

 

Even in an auto? I know with the stock converter I can rev up to 1700rpms without breaking loose the tires. Other than that I'm gonna turn O/D off and punch it.

 

I saw a 2002 GT at the track run like 8.4 or something with those mods.

8.4 is about a 13.2 quarter mile time. That is darn good for a GT with those mods.

 

It was a white guy in a white GT. Ha.
