How can they give you a Ticket without witnessing the violation?State needs proof (Cop witnessed it)or have a signed complaint fromanother Witness. None of which happened.
Judge will throw it out.

If it was night there is no way he was able to see your car jump like that. Not only would I get a lawyer, but I would bring a discrimination suit against the police department. Maybe age / race / etc etc. Bring charges against them for abusing the system and using it as a way to get cash out of people.

He did witness the violation. He may have perceived it wrong, but I'd bet a dollar that he thought he was watching a race, when he saw the Fox tear off and the 05 jump (Which the OP did say he did, whether he was racing or not)
Perception is an amazing thing. Maybe the OP wasn't racing, but I am 99.999% sure the cop wasn't trying to screw him over on purpose. He probably made out ok in court anyway.

In short, this will be a mess. If it is a small town, talk to the mayor/cheif of police, DA. If it is a larger town and these people are inaccessable. Hire a lawyer (you will quite possibly be doing so anyways). I think you can get out of it, it will just cost you.
