Default Old school vs new school

Finally got the old girl together again. The new short block did wonders to bump up performance. My buddy has a new edge GT, we put 4.10's, a CAI, and diablo tune with flowmaster axle back exhaust. We ran a couple times and as long as I didn't get too much wheel spin at launch and in second I was right beside him the whole way. I have a 306 with ported GT40P's, longtube headers, weiand xcellerator intake, edelbrock carb, crane 1.7 RR's, 3.73 gears, no power steering, electric fan, stock roller cam. I though he was playing with me at first when he wasn't pulling away. My tires are worn out 205-50-15's lol.

Get a good launch and I bet that you could take him.

yeah he knows that, we were joking about it afterwards. Once I get rid of the pizza cutters it'll be more fun. I expect he'll be coming in to see me for a supercharger today.
