agreed. his car might not have been rice but the person driving is was a ricer.

Actually...at the track here in Orlando, I saw a Cav...no idea what year or anything...he ran a 13.3 on DR's....I nearly **** my pants. He had put a lot of money into it, had a NICE looking car for a Cav (even though I'm not a fan of them). It was weird. Turbo...no idea how much PSI he was running, forged internal everything...rods pistons you name it...no nitrous, I/H/E no cat, was one loud 4 banger. He raced another 4 banger, only this was a WRX STi...and they came out pretty even, it was funny watching the Cav catch up to the WRX off the line. I was pretty impressed. That's the only Cav I wouldn't race though.

This is the perfect thread for this story...
One night JD1969 and I were at a cruise night in town here, and this kid walks up to JD's Nova. He sticks his head in it and asks him who put the cage in it, because he needs to have one put in his car. So JD goes into this long *** story about the cage, and the car, and what not. So the kid says thanks and starts walking away. As he turns around, JD says, "Hey, what kind of car are you putting it in?" (This is where it gets funny.) The kid actually got this ashamed look on his face and mumbles "A Cavalier" So now I look at this kid like he's got 3 heads, and start to giggle a little. I look over at JD and he's got this puzzled look on his face, like he just went into this long drawn out story about how that car got it's cage, and it turns out that it's for a freaking Cavalier. We were both too puzzled to even ask if the car needed it or not, but the funny thing is that the kid was actually embarassed to admit it was for a Cavalier. It's really sad when you know what you're doing to your car is stupid, but you do it anyway...

It's all true. That same night we scared a kid in civic so bad he droped his cell phone, and then a new Mach did a ricer fly bye on us. That was a fun night, and we only had to go 4 miles from the house
