got 4.10s in my 98 gt and only got a 14.1 cause i spun bad off the line. still better then a 14.5 with the stock gears.

A .4 decrease in time just from gears? Good job. Now get some suspension work so you can hook up

How bad do the 4.10's suck on the highway?? My Camaro has 3.73's and it's brutal above 65MPH. But the old school th350 tranny probably doesn't help much either.

 

yea im deffinately looking in to getting some drag radials now. By january my car should have a few more things done.
and 4.10s on the highway isnt that bad. im at 2500rpm at 70. its annoying sometimes cause my exhaust is so loud. normal driving i can average about 50miles on a 1/4 tank of gas. just depends on how i drive.

 

14.1 in a non-pi Gt with just 4.10's ?????? no way

 

Not as much as 4.30s 80mph=3k rpms with 4.30s.But they do help out a little bit with the bottom end

 

yes 14.1 with a non-PI motor. all i have is 4.10 gears, bassani catless x-pipe, and flowmaster cat back.

 

1900@60, 2200@70, but I do have six gears...
