if hes really pushing 230 to the wheels then you dont really stand a chance, but its worth a try anyway

lots of people just blow numbers out their asses with rwhp. they'll say that their intake gave them 15hp. i'm doubting that it's actually that much. not saying it's nto possible...but i'm just going to call the bluff.

 

this is true... remember that kid who had like 03 gt and only had a midpipe and k&n and he said he put down 250+rwhp.. BAHHAAHAHA i was on the ground laughing when i read that.

 

Unless he has some kind of F/I he isn't pushing 230 rwhp. Properly driven an S will take you. Race him from a dig and you should have a fairly good chance unless he can drive real well

 

if its stock its a drivers race, my buddy and i raced each other and we both beat each other a couple of times.

Ok, if he has full exhasut and hondata, then u will have no chance. But if he is just catback then maybe but idk no about even a maybe!...My buddy has 04 type s, with full exhasut, itnake and hondata, and i can get a car legnth on him from a rollwith what i have done! But he pulled on me when i only had intkae gears and catback!

 

Those little rice burners put out something like 201Hp stock and 140ft lbs. This would be off the crank, accessories snag up about 15% of that so let's say he's about 171 at the wheels. For him to be doing 230 at the wheels he would either have cams upgrade or heads along with the standard CAI & hi flow exhaust all this with a pretty aggressive tune to 91 octane. My guess. if not running some sort of power adder.
