Yeah, got to punch the door a few times for it to go up. Those windows are like a mile long, same with the doors.

My only problems with my car have been:
-Clogged catalytic converter at 30k miles, very common with these cars and fixed under warranty. Then jettisoned for longtube headers.
-Alternator died at 103k miles. No biggie, gotta expect a car with over 100k on the clock to need some stuff replaced.
-Leaky steering rack. Messy PITA but controlled with some thicker fluid.
So my total problems with the car at 118k miles have cost me about $170 for the alternator, and whatever the steering rack costs when I finally get around to replacing it. Motor runs like a champ.

Yeah, only problems I've had are the power window motors. Then again I'm only at 57K miles. Clutch is still workingbut should be upgraded due to my power level. Oh and the stupid low coolant level light that randomly comes on and off even when it's full of coolant.

It must be because my wife had a 95 monte Z34. And we had a hell of a time with the windows in that thing. Infact it was pretty much a lemon! It was thehardest car to work on i've ever seen. To change the altanator you had to unbolt a motormount and jack the engine up just to get to the damn thing that was on the bottom, back end of the engine. I hated that car.[:@]

I have crank windows. Half the posts in the troubleshooting section of my local F-body board seem to be "Help! Window won't roll up!" I'll never have to deal with that.

As stated. a full bolton GT should have no problems beating a stockish LS1:

http://videos.streetfire.net/search/...9c2d2957fe.htm

Only non "bolton" thing was the cams. Think an extra 20~ WHP and 8 less WTQ (**** tune). Acutally lost power with the tune I was running until about 5500 RPM, but in any case this was with a 3.73 gear (most bolton only guys run a 4.10) which should help make up for the cams.

Not to mention this was with no powershifting. In fact, those were the first shifts "in anger" on the new TKO 500.
