Default Killed a pickup

Not sure exactly what it was, but it was a conventional slab side Chevy pickup. Came up beside me at a light and kept racing his motor and jumping forward. I couldn't see the driver because of his tints. I didn't preload or disable the TCC, just went WOT when the light changed. I had him by at least 20 cars when I hit the speed limit, which was 55. That was fun. I think he just wanted to see what I could do.

Because there are some trucks that could take a Mustang.

Dodge makes a truck with a V10 Viper engine in it that would eat a GT for lunch...Lightnings and the supercharged F150s could take our stock GTs...

I suppose so but I always thought trucks were geared for pulling, not racing....not that most mustangs are for racing.

I see trucks at the track all the time pulling low 12s - mid 13s. I'm not talking about all out race trucks, lightnings, or srt-10s. I'm talking jacked up turbo diesels (4x4) with smoke stacks, ragged looking trucks with slicks, and very normal looking trucks with slicks/DRs. The turbo diesel guys can buy a chip for their truck that'll give them 100 hp and 200+ lb/ft of torque. With other mods, those trucks can get quick....make you feel bad and look worse quick. The lightnings and srt-10s i see at the track are usually very low 12s or solid 11s with the occasional 13 second pass.
