I think you are being too easy with your tires. 14k miles? Have you EVER done a good smokey burnout even once?


I bet if you would use those tires the way the are supposed to be used, You would be in the 1.7's. Hell, Even I did it with the Stock IRS. Same tires

 

Holy god, you pulled a 1.5 on a 10 bolt?!?!?!? Your 10 bolt must be blessed by god or something... that is NUTS, you shouldve left metal bits all over the track!

 

Auto's are ton easier on the rear end. I load the chassis so the launch does not shock the ring and pinion so hard and I do have control arms so wheel hop is not an issue. But I do know that it might go BOOM at anytime[&:]. I have seen a stock 10 go 1.48's and it is still going strong, but that is far from the norm.

 

I suppose this is a possibility. I don't know. Since I got them I have babied them. But that does'nt explain why I can't launch on them.

I'll make myself proud on the 17th though. I HAVE to. Or else.
