My friend ran a 16.6 with his tahoe w/ the 350 vortec in it, and it was stock; so your friend's truck should still be in the 16's.

With that said, I'm going to say it is going to be a drivers race because of your 4.10's.

 

I think that the stang would win. If you get a good enough jump off the line. Now if he comes off even with u then u r screwed

 

yeah this is my buddy's truck and for a truck it isn't too bad plus it's a 4x4 and doesn't have a POSI.but he raced a kid that i knew who had a 98 Firebird v6 5-speed thats rated at 200 HPand was door to door until in the quarter until the very end where the firebird got him by half a car length

What style is the truck? SWB, extended cab, crew cab? A short bed 350 can be a decently quick little truck..... much more so than a mid 90's v6...
