Suweet....what did you have prior to these? I'm going with Nitto's 555r's I guess....since they're gonna be street driven.

You'll love 'em at the track. Just pray you don't get caught in the rain with them!

Nitto 555r's - cut a best of 1.76 60' on the Nitto's but was just too damn inconsistant. Averaged mid 1.8 60's. I want to average mid 1.7 60's and kiss a 1.6 on street drag radials on stock 17" rims... may be a crap shoot but Im trying anyways.

They don't look like they'll be that bad in the rain:

considering my 555r's have virtually no tread left on them at the moment I should be used to it. rain drivering does suxors right now though - just have to be careful in heavy rain and not go over 40 mph. Light rain and wet its fine, I have rain tires on the front car spins if I give it even alittle gas in heavy rain but I stay straight unless Im turning

Good luck MD. I just want something that doesn't blow off everytime I go 1/2 throttle, much less with the stall I got.

How long should those last you? You going to run them on the street? I didn't want some I'd have to change everytime I changed the oil.

Yea the new ones. I felt some at the track the other day - they no **** are so soft you can push the rubber in with your finger, kinda spongy so I don't think they'll last very long. I don't mind testing them out though We'll see how long they last (street + track driven). I drive my car daily to / from work all over town so we'll see.

Just out of curiousity, how much did you pay for them? They sound like something i'd be interested in, of course after you tell us how they are for daily driving...lol

Got them for wholesale (not a volume discout though) - like $168 each. They sell for around $180 most places.
