About how much whp would a 331 stroker with mild h/c combo put to the wheels...

 

IT's hard to say without knowing the excact combo. It could be anywhere from 300-400 depending on all the vaibles, but as you said mild my guess is more around the 300 area.

 

alright well i know this is the streep/strip but im just asking because ill probably be racing this car tonight in my full exhaust,geared.lt1...

 

like JD said it all depends on the combo. Just wondering what year stang is the 331 in?

 

1994 or 95, the cam isnt very big i know that prolly 230/xxx 550/5xx something similar to that

 

your year and mods?

 

Ifhe has a good set ofheads afr/trick flow/edla i would say around the 320-340 if he has the avg. supporting mods.IF the heads are worked and LTs and a good intake it mite be 350-380+.U cant really tell what the number are with a 331-347if u dont really know the mods.Like the other guy said it could be between 300-400rwhp.

 

if you are going through all the trouble of building a stroker engine, put on some decent heads and a cam, you can easily see 340-350 RWHP with a good combo and a tune
