You don't have any mods really thats the problem. Plus the older Gt's wern't that quick to begin with. So it sucks you lost to this thing, get some mods then race him again.

DON'T DO A CAM it is a complete waste of time/money on a 5.0 without heads and an intake....damn you are making 94's look bad in here!!
Do your gears first that is the best bang for you buck you will get for your car, I would go 4.10's becuase you have an auto
