i think that some of those maximas are nearly 14 second cars...and if that is the case, he should beat you, as i couldnt imagine your car getting into the 14s without a little work.

If I were you, I'd just deal with it.
You don't seem to have the super technological know how to do big stuff, so just be happy with what you have.
Don't worry, I'm in the same boat as you, just with a newer, bit quicker stang.
Sure i'd love to throw more and more money at it, but in the end, its just the car youre driving around for awhile.
Save up some money if you'd like, but dont worry about beating everything out on the road.
If in the future you would like to do some nice work, the car will be around, and that 5.0 of yours should fullfill just about anything you'd like to do in the future.

Heads arent much to worry about, just keep track of every hose u pull off of the intake, cuz trying to reconnect blind will be a pain in the ***. People do cams themselves all the time, im a little leary of it, but thats cuz i havent done it before [&:]
he also didnt go as big as he could. I wanna say those were edelbrock heads and an e303 cam. there are bigger cams out there for u guys than the 303's right?
