As long as it's properly maintained, the mileage on that Camaro means nothing. My car has 129k miles on it and my best time was run 2 weeks ago.

I think the Cobra will be the fastest because of the mod advantage.The LT1 will be close but does dont have enough mods and high mileage leads to defeat.
