stupid turtle looking cobalt!!
r u running on stock tires? I would try running it at 2500, dump it, after you hit about 60, let go for a sec, regain traction and ride it all the way. If you have stock tires, put some slicks on it will help with traction and in turn your E/T
o i know that i am planning on drag radials soon. I need to get my car back first my clutch is messed up right now. thing is at the track i was running stock tires stock tire pressure and everything i would let off though and punch it agian and they would spin still. Hopefully i can get my car back sometime soon so i can go to the track to see if i can break into something other than 15's
Also, even though WHINE beat the 13 second cars, does not mean he had to of done that in a high speed. Mustangs top at about 150, a cobalt I think is about the same. For all we know, WHINE could be a very good driver, but, on the track, his traction is keepin him from getting good times, but on the street, which is completely different, not just with the road itself, but the overall environment, he is killing these bigger and badder cars, so to say. Whatever the case, I know you can beat them. I got you!

i will be the first to tell you i am by no means a pro but i can row gears pretty good it is just the track was somuch different then the street usually i can get traction by second gear but not at the track. Everyone was having trouble with traction that day.
You could have bought a 305 camaro what you are running lol
And I love the logic here, I'm only at 257 whp now, but hopefully I'll be at 300 soon. That will really help your traction issues

thank you Bluebeast, I was waiting for some back up! It is true, a 15 second car, can easily beat a 13 second car. Although he did say that, it is totally true thata Stang V6 would be utterly destroyed by a Cobalt SS. What's done is done. Bluebeast, any tips on how WHINE can get his times up?
