I think the current evos look the best albeit turds for the most part, they do look good now the new ones are down right ugly, looks like an suv that got squished into a car and then a spoiler and new hood was added

One thing I cant deny is....they are quick stock.

oh and the veyron has a signifigant amount of power over any other production car right now...the konigsegg (holy **** spelling?!) ccr is faster too. 9.0's@150ish mph = HOLY MOTHER OF GOD THAT CAR IS FAST. top speed is right about what the veyron does, but who gives a **** about top speed anyway, the ccr will RAPE a veyron.

As far as top speed goes. Here's a quick calculation for the HP needed to overcome aerodynamic drag at 210 mph.Power to overcome air is proportional to the cube ofvelocity. If a stock Lancer MR puts down 240 AWHP and has a top speed of 155 mph, then (assuming you have the gears to do it), the theoretical AWHP you need to put to the ground to do 210 mph with stock Lancer aerodynamics is...
HP Required for a Lancer to go 210 mph = 210^3 * 240 / 155^3 = 596.86 AWHP.
Think that stock Lancer puts down anything close to 600 hp? LOL!!! Can I get a "Hell No".

a) The Veyron costs $1.2million to the consumer, whereas the $5million is the PRODUCTION cost. Yes, Bugatti takes a hit on each one sold.
b)The Saleen S7 Twin Turbo is the "next model" referred to. It is already out. In fact, it has entirely replace the naturally aspirated one for a year now. Yes it is faster than the Veyron, but hardly. Actually, the Saleen claims to be the fastest because of accelerating faster, and the Bugatti claims to be the fastest in the world because of top speed.
c)The keynote model from Koenigsegg is actually the CCX, not the CCR. They both have very similar specifications, though I believe many of them are simply copy+paste from each other. The "9 seconds at 146" claimed for the CCR is actually an estimate. The CCX is the car that has actually been run to a "9.9 at 146". The CCX also has a high top speed.
d) It is highly debateable whether the CCR/CCX would ACTUALLY beat a Veyron. Going by acceleration numbers alone, the Veyron goes to 60mph in 2.5 seconds to the CCR/CCX to 62 in 3.2. The Veyron also has a higher top speed, and no official quarter mile times from anyone, much less the mfgr. I still put my money on the Bugatti. That said, the Koenigsegg CCX is my dream car.
