As far as respect goes, as was stated earlier, you do have to earn respect, and simply having a fast car or a good looking car won't earn anything. I don't respect you for your car, and don't respect any of the import people coming here to try to prove that your Supra was better than a mustang. I do, however, respect the fact that you currently seem to have a great attitude and can understand why most of us Mustangers would be skeptical. Also your statement that your, basically, are not the typical ricer helps to change the attitude I have had about you. </P>
No stereotype is more true than that of a riced out import playing fast and the furious on the streets we drive on... I see it everyday... weaving in and out of traffic with their rice burner mufflers and tail lights you can barely see, and turn signals the don't even use. They sit in parking lots booming music and yelling at passing cars. They talk so much trash about how fast their car is because they added 200lbs of stereo equipment and took out their back seats to save weight. They want to race every Mustang and Camero they pull up next to, but not until they get a good roll and try to catch you off guard. If you don't race them they pull in front of you and slow down. These are the things that make us mad and cause us to flame even the slightest negative remark by an import driver. At least I do anyways.</P>
Although I can tolerate your comments now, I still don't believe your belting out 1k hp and 31 lbs of boost, especially on a stock bottom end. Im gonna try to get educated on the whole turbo Supra thing, your more than welcome to enlighten me.</P>

jons been one of my best friends for many years now, and everytime that we go out in the supra we always just cruuuuise, no speeding no in and out of traffic, neither jon nor i can afford insurance for any bone head tickets that ricers are known for, and when we do go to the local hang out spot we're always in the crowd of older muscle cars, those guys treat us very good and we respect them also, sorry we started off on the wrong foot, we're actually a pretty cool group of guys who love cars just as much as the next guy.</P>
